Book a Party

A private party at Party Turf includes:

  • 2 hours of private party time on our 4,000 sqft turf

  • 30 minutes of pre-party set up time for the host in the sectioned off party space

  • Use of all 4 of our inflatables

  • Three 6 foot tables

  • One 8 foot table for food

  • 20 folding chairs

  • You’re welcome to bring any food or drinks into the sectioned off party space, with the exception of alcohol

Rules

  • No shoes in the inflatable turf area

  • Socks are required in the inflatable area

  • No food or drinks in the inflatable area

  • No alcohol anywhere in the facility

  • No flipping, diving, or aggressive physical contact

  • No climbing on, or hanging from the outside of inflatables

  • No sharp objects in the inflatable turf area

  • No turning off or disabling blowers

  • ONLY children 4-12 years of age allowed on inflatables

  • MAX CAPACITY in inflatable turf area - 20 children

  • MAX CAPACITY of facility - 40 people

Booking Policies

Pre-booking details

Once you have requested a date and time slot, our team will confirm its availability and send you deposit instructions. When we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation email and any information you will need for your party day.

Payment policies

Party turf will hold a $200 deposit via e-transfer at the time of booking. The remaining $300 + HST can be paid by e-transfer up to 1 hour before your party time.

Requirements

Every child will need a waiver to enter the turf area. The waiver can be found on our home page and will also be sent to the party host in an email.

Payment policies

Your $200 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 10 days before your party start time. After that, we can not refund your deposit because of staff scheduling, however we understand things happen. Please let us know and we will try to accommodate a new date for you.
